Domains bound via Azure managed certificates (Let’s Encrypt) — free, auto-renewing, no manual cert handling.

Repository column sourced from mappings.yaml (human-authored, wins over every heuristic) plus session-verified overrides for tenant overlays and newly added services. Domain column reflects the corrected mapping (one malformed URL fixed, naming ambiguities resolved) and current live binding state pulled directly from Azure at generation time.
